TFTP ÇİTAP+ Project researcher Mustafa Büyükgüzel and scholarship holder Berkay UYGUN have been awarded their “Master of Science” degrees following their successful thesis defenses on September 6th.

We congratulate Mustafa Büyükgüzel, who defended his thesis titled “ION IMPLANTATION FOR HOMOGENEOUS AND SELECTIVE EMITTER FORMATION ON SINGLE CRYSTAL SOLAR CELLS,” and his advisors Prof. Dr. Rasit Turan and Dr. Bülent Arıkan; 

as well as Berkay UYGUN, who defended his thesis titled “MAXIMIZING PERFORMANCE IN TOPCON SOLAR CELLS: UNVEILING STABILITY & BOOSTING EFFICIENCY THROUGH LOCAL P+ POLY-SI FORMATION,” and his advisors Prof. Dr. Rasit Turan and Dr. Hisham Nasser.
