METAL PASTE DEVELOPMENT FOR C-Si CELLS
Silver paste is an indispensable component of photovoltaic systems. However, silver pastes are not produced in our country and are imported from abroad. Within the scope of the project, screen-printable silver pastes and adhesive conductive pastes are being produced for PERC, IBC, and SHJ cells, production parameters are being determined, and performance tests are being carried out on photovoltaic cells and panels.
In the project, NANOVATİF is producing three types of conductive pastes. These are high-temperature paste for bifacial PERC and IBC cells, low-temperature paste for SHJ cells, and conductive adhesive paste for shingled panels. A 19% efficiency value has been achieved in PERC cells. In shingled panels, higher efficiency values than commercial products have been achieved with water-based conductive adhesive, and patent and scientific article applications have been made.
