DEVELOPMENT OF A LOW DC VOLTAGE, GALVANICALLY ISOLATED, HIGH-EFFICIENCY, AND BIDIRECTIONAL HYBRID INVERTER FOR UNDER 10 KW PHOTOVOLTAIC ROOFTOP APPLICATIONS

The aim is to develop a high-efficiency inverter that is innovative for the company and nationally, as a suitable solution for under 10 kW photovoltaic rooftop applications, which are becoming increasingly common in our country and are expected to increase in the future, creating a significant market. Our principle is to provide an environmentally friendly and sustainable energy source by converting solar energy into electricity through photovoltaic panels. It is aimed to provide support during power outages that affect daily life by using it as a backup power source.

Project Goals:

  • Utilization of innovative semiconductor technologies (SiC and GaN)
  • Ensuring that the MPPT structure at the photovoltaic input can work compatibly with PERC, IBC, bifacial IBC, SHJ, and perovskite-cSi tandem cell technologies.
  • Increasing domestic technical expertise and providing added value to our country’s economy through the developed domestic technology.
