“The aim of the project is the development of high-efficiency, easily manufacturable, bifacial, PERC+ type solar cells. ÇİTAP+ is the commercial name given to the bifacial PERC+ type solar cell to be developed within the project.
The foundation of PERC cell technology is built upon the standard Al-BSF cell technology, its predecessor. Significant increases in cell efficiencies have been achieved by adding innovative passivation approaches to the production process. After its integration into industrial production, it quickly became the dominant technology in the photovoltaic market.”
